How do I use the Services?

The purpose of these Services is to assist people that are in need of minor or major home repairs, installations of electrical, plumbing, fixing of air conditioners, painting of existing and new buildings, wall papering, generator repairs. You save energy by sitting at the comfort of your home and requesting for our services by filling out a form on our website describing in short form what aspects of our services that you are requesting for. For a faster response, you can dial our number immediately after filling and submitting our online form. We will respond and will give an estimated time of arrival depending on the traffic situation at that moment. When we arrive with our team of artisans, we assess the situation and provide an estimated list of materials needed to commence the work. Client is expected to make full payment for all materials needed excluding our fees. When we’re done, we request for our payment and a receipt given manually and also electronically. There is also a “service back” guarantee for unsatisfied clients. We shall not be held liable for delays caused by bad weather especially if it’s an open field work.

Are there additional fees for using the Services?

There are no other charges, we reserve the right to change fees for the Services in the future, remember we charge after work has been done. Client will before hand get the whole estimate for the job through quotations but clients can only pay 100% fee for our service when job is completed. There will be an additional fee for delay at site; it means if our workers get to the site and have to wait for a long time.

Third party request will be allowed only if the applicants states that in the form on our website, and including both addresses and phone numbers. If you’re our regular client, you may not need to be filling form on the website each time, dialing our phone number for quick response will be enough as long as we have your data: And shall notify us when there is change in phone number and address: Remember your data is protected and shall not in any way violate your privacy.

You will be responsible for full payments including VAT and other service fees associated with your activity in connection with our Services

Taskin will not be held responsible for any issues that arise as a result of job done by our artisan/worker without our knowledge. Clients are always advised to write to us via our site and call the company numbers. Jobs done outside our knowledge by any of our workers are not within our coverage and as so the client will bear any risks which arise as a result. Clients also have the right to disagree on pricing.

Honesty and discipline is our watchword and we always caution our workers to be conscious of their environment and not to engage in unprofessional conducts. This includes, stealing, lies, cheating and other sharp practices. This will be left to us to deal with internally.Taskin will not be held responsible if there’s a false accusation against our worker, if there is a delay in getting items for work due to scarcity or items can’t be sourced at the market during the duration of the project, client have the options of waiting till we get the items needed for work to continue or demand for a refund if impatient.

Taskin reserves the right to source for the materials needed for their work, should you source for your material prior to our engagement, Taskin can only request for their fee for service delivery as it’s your right to buy items or pay us to get the necessary items needed for each job.

What are some restrictions on using the Services?

You may only use the Services for your own personal, commercial use and for on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party. Your use of the Services must comply with all applicable law.

The Services and Content are protected by copyright. trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. We expressly reserve all rights and remedies under applicable law. Except as expressly provided by these Terms or with our prior written consent, you may not use, modify, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, reproduce, distribute, rent, sell, license, publish, display, download, transmit, or otherwise exploit any Content in any form by any means except as expressly authorized by us: (a) any device software, or routine that will interfere or attempt to interfere with the functionality of the Services; (b) reverse engineer, decompile. disassemble, or otherwise seek to obtain the source code of the Services or Content.

MAIN USER IS LIABLE FOR ANY RISK ASSOCIATED WITH THIRD PARTY REQUESTS.

Will Taskin ever change these Terms of the Services?
